I went to submit my papers at the Witbank UIFoffice to claim unemployment money, first my work Pentalin did not submit on line the correct situation, the UIF office phoned me and informed me of this and I had to obtain another UI-19 and letter from the company which I don't the lady said we can email it to her which we done on the 14th March 2018. I went to sign on the 10th April 2018, where the informed me they did not receive the papers which were emailed to the lady at the UIF office, we gave them the proof and the documents which they said they would submit and I should come back on the 30th April 2018 to sign and will get payment within 10 days. I went back on Monday the 30th April 2018, my documents were not submitted I'm not getting payment, I had to resubmit my documents again, when requesting to speak to a supervisor they informed me that they are all off. For a Government institution to give off all there supervisors and leave incompetent people to deal with claims is shocking to say the least. Now my question is this the way everybody gets treated or is this a racial problem. As this is causing serious damage to my financial situation as I'm being kicked out of my home and my car is going to be repossessed all because somebody at the UIF Witbank thinks they are funny.
