Ideal image does feed on the client's insecurities with lies and pressure to get clients to make quick decisions. They are truly a predatory company. In addition they do not want to perform the services. After saying multiple times I wanted an appointment in the near future they took over 2 months to schedule my appointment in April and when the appointment finally came they canceled it.
My next appointment was 5 months later in September. I tried to cancel the service but they have a no refund policy. I made it clear I wanted to cut all ties with them last year and was subsequently charged a yearly membership fee of $299. The service I finally received did not show substantial results. I have a friend that received the same service without good results.
These people are crooks because they steal.
