Replacement of large pan lid

I purchased the Ultrex cookware from HSN a few years ago and the lid to the large pan broke. It had a lifetime warranty so I tried to get it replaced and found out they are out of business. What can I do to replace this lid??? Thank you. My email is [email protected]
