I found out today that HSN will not honor the claims made about the product they sold called Ultrex II. HSN explained to me that the company that made it exclusively for HSN, Innova, closed its doors and HSN will NOT honor the warranty. They did offer me a $15 gift card. I'm not sure how that makes up for stealing $600 dollars from me and making false claims. How is this legal?
I feel that someone should be head accountable. I hope there is a class action lawsuit, I would support it.
