The scrubber maker does not wish to be named told several owners that HC Chen is mastermind in taking bribes

The Uming Marine Transport Corporation is flooded with scam and several people involved. HC Chen is the most corrupted person and he is supported with Stavos in his illegal activities since they all are recipients of kickbacks from several makers.

Will Uming Marine Transport Corporation investigate and terminate this corrupt man – H C CHEN or allow degrade this organization?
HC CHEN challenged questionnaires that he will not give commission to his company back.He says he is ready to resign as he made enough money.

This is a complaint made against Mr H C Chen of Uming Marine Transport Corporation, Head of engineering and materials division, who has taken a bribe of USD 45000 as bribe from scrubber Maker already .The fight for bribes made a shanty outlook within Uming Marine Transport Corporation. When asked he says that Mr William Lin took the bribe of 25000 USD.

Scrubber manufacturer now says that they did not pay any money . Mr .H. C . Chen had a previous history of scams and he is still inside the company due to the President where he gives a portion of the kickbacks.
