Been to Umobile Amateur Success Marketing, located at Jalan Raja Haroun in Kajang not long ago and one of their staff was so rude towards this one senior citizen!

1. You all know old people and phones doesnt go too well because they dont undestand much about gadgets and this one chinese staff refuse to assist the old chinese man! She was so rude.

2. She even told the old man that she’s not chinese and she doesnt speak/understand chinese language. Im not blind and i can see clearly that shes Chinese. She just left the old man and went to serve other customer.

3. Is this the kind of staff you want to keep? Lack of respect for elderly. Talking nonsense. Rude. If she doesnt want to help better dont come to work at all. You get paid every end of the month for this kind of job, if you dont want to help then find another job! NO NEED TO BE RUDE! ESPECIALLY TO ELDERLY!!!

I hope the person in charge/bosses at Amateur Success take note about this matter. Not good for your company image. Be aware of what your staff is doing behind your back!
