Customer Services Kurang Ajar

Layanan seorang staff customer services umobile di bandar bukit tinggi klang perempuan berbangsa melayu terhadap kami sebagai pelanggan dianggap kurang ajar.Sila beri tunjuk ajar yg sewajarnya kepada staff cara2 melayan pelanggan dengan betul dan penuh adab.Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan dia terhadap kami tadi.Sebagai customer services sepatut dia memberi tunjuk ajar untuk jln keluar bagi masalah kami tetapi sebaliknya.Pihak umobile sila ambil berat tentang isu ini.
