I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your company Umobile in my area specifically at Merdeka Villa Bandar Baru Ampang.

It is with great disappointment that I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service. I belief with your constantly expanding and enhancing its network infrastructure to deliver superior voice and data service quality to the consumers, unfortunately for a develop area such Ampang, I experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds. Not to mention the pay that I've already invest towards your service.

I am expecting a full coverage of 4G LTE home network here instead of 3G as other network company is providing such quality service. I am a loyal consumer of Umobile which I have no intention to move to another service provider. This is very important to have a very stable internet connection to maintain our productivity.

With regards to this matter, I really appreciate if you could take this on your urgent consideration to investigate and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your attention.

Hi ,u mobile ,I just register from 5/6/17,and I live on ampang area
So ,this my problem ,when I register from your counter ,your staff tell me have 4G for my internet data ,but now I only have 3G ,is it my living place area not in coverage ?
So if my living place not in coverage area ,can you fix it as soon as possible
