I dont know if umobile really take seriously on this complaint board or not but it seems umobile does not take it seriously. Please take our complaint seriously or I will make a report to SKMM of umobile's poor coverage, low signal and poor connection. We are living in 21st centure but in certain area in shah alam it is still 3G! Umobile claimed that its LTE connection in shah alam but its not. What the point of you giving cheap internet package if you customer cant utilize it. Making free profit perhaps?

Your booth is everywhere but you coverage is nowhere compared to other telcos. We are not asking umobile to provide LTE connection throughout Malaysia, but atleast in major city and urban area.

Please do upgrade your coverage or SKMM will have my say and public will know too.
