Don't expect to actually receive your rebate from this company. Once you list them on your rental application, they are completely done with you. Emails are not returned concerning rebates. You will not receive them in a timely manner, if at all. I find it very hard to believe that apartment companies take 4 months to pay an invoice. I call BS on this whole company. Will never list them again as a result.

They will not answer emails regarding rebates. I'm assuming they will not issue it if not forced. Very bad service where that is concerned. After you list them as a referral on your apartment application, they are pretty much done with you. I will never list them on any future applications. Especially when they refuse to issue referral checks in a timely manner, if at all.

I filled out the information on the Umovefree website to be contacted quite quickly by a rep. named Clint Rousseau. He spoke with me and seemed knowledgeable about the area. Shooting over some apartments that met my criteria, I began contacting said apartments and found that there were no available units during my move time. No problem, as while I was looking into the availability of the apartments Clint had given me, my wife was looking into other apartments and found one that was not on the list supplied to us. So that evening Clint contacted me via text to see how the search was going and to see if we were looking at any of the apartments this week( of course we would not be able to do this since we are 1000 miles away as stated in our conversations prior ) and I responded with the text - my wife found an apartment and secured it so there will be no need to send over anymore apartments for us to look into, Thanks - the response asked if we were able to list him as a referral, and I then stated no due to the fact that she found an apartment that was not on his list of 6. It was the next text that kinda left a rude and unprofessional taste in my mouth - Clint responded Kind of figured so, Hope you have a great time here in Texas (so far he's doing good) then he says.... Possibly you should let people know that you are not interested before letting them do lots of work for you..This is just a suggestion.... Now I'm not really the over sensitive type, but really? I mean come on, you really felt the need to be an ass? Interesting approach.
