Sir/madam,
We are kindly attention to the unauthorized construction raised by Mr Raman in H.no.8 (opp. S.B.I) New colony, Gurgaon. ( zone-1) ward no.15. The concerned J E and verified by assistant engineer, that the unauthorized construction of commercial use is being raised by Mr Raman, the contravention of the provisions of section 250 and other provisions of Haryana municipal corporation act,1994.
The Mcg office show cause notice bearing no. 3084 dated 08/05/2018. Undersigned for personal hearing and to stop further construction.
Mcg pasted the Demolition order under section 261(1).Memo no. MCG/Enf./AE-1/2018/3141 Dated 17/5/2018. But Mr. Raman removes the Demolition order copy from wall of unauthorized construction.
Mcg again sealed the unauthorized structure raised by Mr Raman. Mr. Raman break the seal and start again further construction presently.
Kindly take the necessary action against this construction raised by Mr Raman.
