My husband's us bank relia card was locked out without any notice, there is money on it from unemployment, which is his only income at this time. We called and were told to fax over id social security card and 1040. It was faxed over now we are being told they could take 10- 15 days or longer to unlock the card. We have bills due with shutoff notices, we cant buy toiletries and diapers for our son.. How are we supposed to survive like this? How is it fair to lock out everyones cards without notice?? How can u hold his money hostage?? You all at reliacard get your paychecks pay your bills so who exactly decided it was fair to screw so many people over?? Please unlock our cards before utilities are shut off which could result in childrens services getting involved and takong kids from homes because they couldnt pay bills thanks to you people!! Its not fair to play god with so many people's lives! Hoping his money starts going direct deposit soon we switched it because of this but I still have 973.91$ of my husbands that you froze. Unlock it and stop this
