I have been calling Ufiling since the 8th of January. I am usually on hold for between 20-30min and then decide to end the call.
I managed to get through 1 day and was so excited to get assistance, but to my surprise, the system was down. When I explained that I have been unable to get hold of anyone for assistance and if I could be contacted when the systems were back up I was simply told to phone again the next day. I have sent emails to 4 different "support" email addresses with no response from any of them at all.
Then I get a call today from the department of labor who requires a UI19 for a dismissed employee. I was amazed that the system fails me but when they need something from me it is easy to pick up and get hold of me. But they are unreachable! It is pathetic that this is the type of service we have to endure!
