The UIF Offices in Pretoria is not answering their telephones (at all), or responding to emails. The (012) 309-5000 number is always engaged, and the (012) 337-1700 number just rings and rings and rings and then cuts out.

I have applied for my uif since 2014. Everytime if I go to the department office they send me around to do their job trying to get adresses from my old employees that I worked for a few years ago. I have told them I cant get anymore info that I already did provide them then they keep telling me in that case they cant help me. I didnt pay uif contrubution at this old age home I did not receive any payslips to proof and I also did not work there even for a month. They cant give me my other companies money because of this company that closed doen amd I cant seem to find rhe lady. I am waiting for other companies's money where I know I did pay uif contrabution and did receive payslips to poorf that. I am possible sure that somewhere is fraud being done and thats why they keep giving me excuses. I am immigrating next year january and cant wait longer than I already am.
