I did not get payments for two courses delivered for UNI
Details are shown hereafter in the letter adressed to Stacey Yeong recently
Of course since April I have exchanged several 10 Mails with UNI (Joey who left the company, Stacey, Stephen Kapoor ..)
I have read the complaints. I am in the same situation

Dear Stacey,

Three years ago, in May 2012, I got a call from UNI proposing me to deliver a "4day MBA for Oil and Gas Executives" in collaboration with UNI Strategic

The first session was in July 2012 in KL and I then delivered courses in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi (October 2012), KL again (December 2012), Sidney (April 2013), JHB (June 2013), Singapore (September 2013) , KL (December 2013), Dubai (January 2014), KL (March 2014), Singapore (June 2014), Cape Town (August 2014), KL (September 2014), Singapore (November 2014), Dubai (February 20A5), Bangkok (March 2015), Singapore (June 2015).

All the seventeen - 17 - courses were successful (evaluations are available) and we had a very good collaboration.

However you did not pay anything for the Bangkok course while I should have been paid on March 30 and April 1rst, 2015 for this course. I got nothing.

In order to pursue the collaboration I accepted to run another course in Singapore from 23 to 26 June. For this you paid me the first invoice for the course, never the second one.

Since this course I did not get any additional payment and no new course was run. A course was planned on November 3 to 5. It has been apparently cancelled

You owe me 9468 US dollars (full cost of the Bangkok course, including travel and living expenses you never paid and part of the Singapore course).

If I do not get the money in the next 15 days I will do the following :
- inform the Singapore Authorities of the situation
- inform all our contacts (several hundred persons) that UNI does not pay his lecturers. I know personally the CEO of Petronas and Pertamina who were my students as well as a number of other CEO/high level managers
