UNI Strategic - Training cancelled and no refund, no reply

I have registered for a training course with UNI Strategic and paid the fee in advance. The course was postponed to a date I could not attend due to other commitments. I asked for a refund but was told to wait for a future event that never materialised. This was back in March 2015 and recently they won't even reply to my emails.
I have tried to write to the training provider and to UNI Strategic generic contact form for no result. I'll be looking for legal support to go after them. Would appreciate if someone with similar experience can help me.
