Incompetent Employees

I have called customer service to add my new PCp, Dr. Van Veloso in North Hollywood. I have yet to receive the correct card. I have 8 incorrect ones. They keep sending me to Van Nuys, CA. They are not listening . They are putting City vs Dr's name. I am sick and tired of calling. I have missed my annual physical last Friday because of the incompetence.

I am sick and tired of this incompetence.

Please help me.

Incompetent Employees

I have called 8 times to add my new PCP Dr. Van Veloso in No. Hollywood. I have received 8 cards with the wrong information. They keep putting Van Nuys, the City, not Dr. Van Veloso. I missed my annual physical last Friday because of it. Such idiots . They do not listen. I still do not have a correct card.

DENIALS

I AM FILING A COMPLAINT. 90% OF CLAIMS ARE BEING DENIED WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. THEY CALL AND REQUEST THE RUN REPORTS WITH AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT WAS DENIED. AND WHEN THEY CALL IT IS A FOREIGN SPEAKING PERSON THAT YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND. AND NOT ONLY THAT I RECEIVE AT LEAST 3-5 CALLS PER DAY FROM THEM. WHAT IS THE DEAL? THIS IS VERY ANNOYING. CLAIMS ARE TAKING FOREVER TO GET PAID. I AM A SMALL AMBULANCE PROVIDER AND THIS AFFECTS MY INCOME.

Customer services reps

I had a dental appointment on 1/31/18. I called CS to find out how to submit a claim for reimbursement. The rep I spoke with, MARCI, had difficulty answering my questions. Finally, she said she would send me a form. She did follow through, however, she sent a MAPD Prescription Form. When I received it, I called CS again and explained I needed to know how to file for reimbursement for my dental charges and an address to send them. This time I spoke with Sasha. She gave me a list of information I needed to provide, and I verified the list with her. She then gave me the following address: PO Box 644, Milwaukee, WI 53201. I packaged up my information and mailed it on 2/22/18. Today I called CS once again to ensure they had received it. This time I spoke with Sandra. She informed that my claim had not been received. Today's date is 3/13/18. You can I imagine that I was dumbfounded. I told her I had mailed it 2/22/18. She put me on hold and proceeded to search fo my claim. She was unable to locate it. I asked her to check with someone in the Dental Dept. She did, but they had not received it. The reason was because Sasha gave me the wrong address. Sandra asked the Dental Dept for thecorrect ddress and today I am having g to resubmit my claim to: PO Box30567, Salt Lake City UT 84130. It is very frustrating to call Customer Service and get incompetent individuals who provide incorrect information. I felt I was speaking to someone who had knowledge and was willing to provide assistance even though she
had to take a little extra time to do the research. I feel there should be better quality of trading provided or possibly people who can be trained for a CS position. CS Reps are our first line of contact and they represent the UHC imagine. I hope this time my claim will be taken care of...it is 6 weeks past my first communication with Marci, and this kind of service is really unacceptable. Sandra deserves a raise as she is one of your outstanding emp!oyees! The other two reps should be relieved from their positions until they get more traini g. Thank you for your to time. Removing Funds after policy canceled

January 2016 United Healthcare canceled our health insurance but the dental package part of our plan continued to remove funds monthly even after we were canceled. I tried speaking with them several times & got no where. Actually, I got a different answer each time. Frustrated, I wrote them a letter.
Now they have sent a check for $13.36 stating its because of the timing of cancellation & what was owed to me.
When I had called asking why they are removing funds from our account when its been canceled, they said it wasn't canceled.
I have a letter dated January 2016 from United stating our account is canceled.
United removed $100.15 each of the following months; 1-29, 2-29, 3-30 & 5-2.
We feel we should be paid back for the total amount of funds taken when we weren't even covered. A total of $400.60

Insurance Broker Rep

Can you please send me a grievance form to file againist the Insurance Rep. who signed me up for my first time to enroll in United Healthcare Supplement insurance. He did not fill out my paperwork properly and United Healthcare had to call me by phone and tell me they could not process my application due to information not provided by the Insurance Agent representing you.

He stated he was excellent and would take care of everything for me , I gave him a check for my first premium.,etc.

After messing up my application for Healthcare also my Rx I think someone needs to know he is not taking care of matters for the senior citizens being signed up. I finally got mine straight, but want to protect other Seniors who may sign up with him that are less comprehensive and knowledagable.

denial of claims

United has denied numerous claims based on a 3rd party reviewing the claims. However, they refuse to give the reason for denial which prevents the doctor's office from correcting the problem or from appealing. That is against the Provider Agreement the insurance company signed. The 3rd party, meanwhile, are paid a percentage of claims they find a reason to deny. The doctor cannot successfully appeal and continues to file the claims "incorrectly" resulting in even more denials. Someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against United.

denial of claims

Ever since UnitedHealthcare Community Plan took over Evercare of Texas my once effective and progressive health care has come to an abrupt and unsettling halt. I have always strived to maintain compliance within the client guidelines of my plan and my position has not changed. I call my service coordinator and ask what information needs to be sent for a pre-authorization and where to send it. I provide my primary care physician the information United "tells me" they require. From that point it becomes a nightmare.
