Hello. I filed a complaint with the USPS about a year ago regarding undelivered mail. I run my small private practice out of my home, and receive my business mail at the above address. Within the space of one week, two paralegals called to ask why I didn't respond to their letters. I replied that I had not received them, nor have I received them to date. The law offices ended up faxing the letters to my office. I have no idea whether my current mail is delivered in its entirety. I do know that at least three to four times per week, my mail is delivered after five PM. Two days ago, it arrived at 6:15 PM. Is there something that can be done to: one, receive my mail, and two, to receive my mail before 5:00 PM? Thank you, J.H.
