I bought a sofa, love seat and arm chair at American Signature Furniture and was sold the Extended Wareenty as well. After over a year, I called to have some covered warrenty repairs done by UNITERSSNA. I was greetecd by an extremely obnoxious person who obviously job is to deny claims when customers call. She misrepresented the information I gave her, saying the date of the problem was not the date it told her, and calling problems that I was reporting so she could deny the claim. For instance, I reported a tear,,,she reported it as a "scratch",,,I could tell, what ever I said, she was going to twist it around somehow to deny the coverage!!! I then called AMERICAN SIGNITURE FUNITURE, the people who sold me this piece of fraud, and while nicer, and tried to be helpful, they deny all responsibility FOR THE CONTRACT THEY SOLD ME!!!
