I was contracted a few weeks ago to perform fixes to their https://univoice.app/ mobile application. There is a serious bug in it that needs to be fixed for an upcoming investment round. The bug causes the last word of each sentence sung to be missed or misinterpreted. I received my first two payments without a problem (7/16, 7/22). Seemed like a great opportunity. They paid me by each Monday. The last time I received payment, however, was the 22nd of July 2019. I had to stop performing work on the project because of the pay issues. They still owe me for a week of work (16 hours worth). They are now making excuses about why they cannot pay. They claim I haven't performed any meaningful work (found another major problem in their app too related to Google versions). They claim I wasn't told to continue working.

It's obvious I will not be paid and if / when the investors find this complaint, I hope they take it into strong consideration. They said they had issues with a check deposit, got it cleared up and would pay today. Guess what? No such luck. If you're the investor and find this, please feel free to contact me.
