Good day

Case No : 10005847176 , I applied for UIF Martenity Benefits at the Roodeport department of labour on the 23rd of December 2016 and to date I have not received any payment. I contacted them second week of January and was told that my documents were only scanned on the 4th of January, all is in order and they will send them to pay master to be approved I must wait 7 days. And 7 days later no communication and no payment. I have been contacting them on a weekly basis and have been to their offices twice to follow up but every time I am told they are submitting to paymaster for approval and payment. Please help as I am going back to work on the 6th of March and still no feedback from back, it is always 1 excuse after the other.
