I lost my usbankrelicard and I spoke to 4 diffrent people within 24 hrs.

First of all, the first guy said he would freeze my card while I continued to search for my card. I called back later and another agent stated my card wasn't freezed. What!

I asked how can I get access to my funds and they told me nothing I can do until I get card. Which by the way, I'm out of state, and they said it takes at least 5 business days to update addr then 2-4 days to receive card. Why the fu ck does it take 5 days to update an addr!

So I have thousands on my card and will now be homeless because they are awful. I'm stranded out of state and have to stay in a shelter because of usbankrelicard.
One lady said I can't receive a card sent to my place since I'm out of state. What. So you are hijacking my money. I will contact the AG and congress woman. I don't carry cash on me and it seems there is no way to transfer my funds to another bank. This is awful and frankly criminal
