I would like to complaint the First Gold Plus,
During i register i been asked the operator "can i combine my usage both 20G weekday and 20G weekend in any day regardless the weekend or weekday?" The Operator said "yes"

so i sign the plan

After than i aware the sms from celcom said my weekday data was 100% utilize, so during weekday i have no internet during working , its was really sad.

I went to celcom service center , i ask why happen these , the another operator told me need to add anther RM10 to combine both weekday and weekend data, but not applicable for these month only start valid for coming month , its was really sad ,why find user difficulty, its totally not user friendly.

after that i aware my celcom bill received unclear payment amount which is RM38 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The the reason is the i shift my plan from rm38 to first gold plus its charge me additional RM38 , even my first gold plus was already occupied , mean that my Jan 17 need to pay two bill RM38 ( dump fee charge ) and the first gold plus,

it really like cheating customer, even you were shift your plan , the celcom going to charge you again the last plan cost, even you totally not occupied the plan, i call dump fee charge.
my cycle date for RM38 plan is 3 of the month
my first gold plus start also 3 of the month
support to be not charge me the RM38 any more.
really ridiculous.

These month feb 17, i received a sms day i was finish my 40G date, but i have monitr my date , up to date only 22G only,
but sms received i was complete finish my date.
Damn cheater.
