switched my computer ram

I AGREE SHE HAD A FLYER ON THE NOTICE BOARD IN OUR BUILDING WHERE SHE LIVES ON 10TH FLOOR .
SAYING COMPUTER AND CELL PHONE REPAIR. I WENT TO HER WITH MY SON'S PHONE AND SHE MESSED UP THE SCREEN AND SAID NOW I HAVE TO BUY THE NEW ONE SINCE SHE DIDNT KNEW HOW IT GOT BROKEN.
PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE HER ANY PHONE OR LAPTOP I AM REPORTING TO OUR BUILDING MANAGEMENT TO REMOVE THEIR ADD SHE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
