US Bank

Refuse to open a business account with all proper documents, and refuse to close account after I decided I no longer wanted
to do business with them.

Checking

US Bank refuse to close my account and has horrible customer service. Anyone else experience this problem know that their is a place that regulates banks contact them and let them know what is going on. Federal Reserve Board. Also contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and file a complaint.
