I have property and car insurance with State Farm and I used to pay for it via their credit card to get some cash back. Six months ago SF transferred their credit card customers to US bank credit cards as they dumped that business. The payments are made at the beginning of each month when US bank pay SF the due amount to SF and 1 month later they auto pay from my checking account (not US Bank). Mid June I purchased on line some anti-virus software for $59 which went thru without any problem then 2 weeks later I get a delinquent reminders from SF that the insurance hasn't been paid for the previous month.

I rang US bank to find out whats going on and they claimed the software charge 'looked' fraudulent so they blocked the SF payment instead. Go Figure ?

Now, two weeks later they have auto-payed the insurance charge from my checking account on July 6th as it shows up on both US bank and my checking bank but SF haven't received it and are still sending me delinquent emails. Right now I've paid SF separately today and its already gone thru to ensure continuing insurance cover and its time to do battle once more with the most useless, incompetent and pathetic bank I've ever come across in the UK, Spain or here in the USA.

U.S bank has blocked my account ! Sent them ID verification & is still locked I need the money ! My bills need to get paid ! Theres a pandemic for crying out loud ! Took forever too speak to someone after 4 calls someone answered saying my account was still not verified !

Changed address...Now I am unable to pay my bill's, or buy food, or anything else. Soon I will be homeless. I can not believe that this has happened.. Keep getting the run around..Their customer service representative dont care about you or your problem. Hopefully a lawsuit will be started for us to claim damages.

My card been block for 10 days I'd verification I did everything they said I need my money

I’ve been waiting since April for my card to come in I talked to them a month ago and they said it would be 7-10days well it’s been 30 days I’ve called and called but no one will answer it litterly driving me nuts cuz my life depends on this money.i can call my card and it always says the same thing that I got 3000$ on it .its ashame please help please I’m begging you my name is Cory porche dob 4/9/1981
