I've had to go to 4 different websites four different faxes I'm sending my birth certificate a picture of my ID front and back my social security card my passport a picture of my mail sent to me my picture front and back of my driver's license four different times I've emailed it did a selfie online and they still will not release my card is been almost a month now

I went to seven different websites seven different faxes I've uploaded in fact picture of my birth certificate picture of my ID front and back picture of myself a picture of my passport picture of my social security card and also picture of mail sent to my address and they're still telling me it's not acceptable and will not release my funds for over a month now

I reported 2 frauo ATM transactions on my US Bank relia card. I was told to send a copy of my state ID and sign the fraudulent report papers. I did that. Then I got a replacement card and I lost that one. They sent me another card but I am unable to activate it. They said they suspended the card and my account is in the fraud department. I was told to fax my id social security card birth certificate and a utility bill. The next day the $300 was refunded to my relia card. However my card was still locked. They said they could not read the fax. It was too dark. Then they said I didn't fax all the required documents. Told me I had to send them my 2019 W-2. Didn't work last year and I don't have a W-2. Plus I'm on pandemic unemployment assistance. And was not required to have a W-2. I'm a babysitter. 3weeks if pua benefits and$300 reimbursement and $600 additional benefits are locked on that relia card. I have complied with them. And still my card is not able to be activated. It's been 30 days. I'm on the verge of getting evicted can't pay my bills or the basic cost of living and still don't have access to my pua benefits.

I had to reorder a relia card in the 1st of this month it's the 16th still don't have it I have over 1000 that I can't touch because no card also I'm losing my apartment my cell is off my electric is shut off my car is late on payments and about to be repossessed my landlord has been waiting since the first for the rent that I cant give him I'm losing everything because relia card is still in the mail and all that can be said is we can cancel the one we sent you and send another one in a few days I don't have time for all that

I have 4 weeks of unemployment on my card but still haven't received my card- I was approved april 13th- bills are due and no one ever answers their customer service number.
