Do u.s. relia Bank put a block on my card and said that I had to upload a photo copy of my identity front and back along with a selfie and however I keep doing that and doing it and doing it repeatedly and still they have my money blocked from me it's my money and they're just basically holding it for no good reason and I've submitted the proof that they need all of it and then some and they still have my card with the block

My us bank relia card has been locked for over a month now I have been asked to fax over documents of my id and proof of address and because im homeless I had to get information from the lady where i recieve my mail her ID a piece of mail and a hand signed note stating she allows me to receive mail at her address... I have done sent fax after fax after fax I have taken my documents to a professional to make sure it all gets done right I have made sure to enlarge my ID by 200% and lighten by 2 shades and they keep telling me its not good enough or they don't have this or that.... Ill call one day and be told something and then ill call the next day and be told something completely different.... I need my money im in trouble with my storage im getting ready to lose because of all this im homeless and really need my money please help
