For almost 3mo this bank has been holding my son in laws unemployment. They want him to fo a selfie and send in a ID which he only has a temporary permit ID he lives in Texas and it's a valid ID but the bank wont accept it. He has his SS card, birth certificate and he has other bank cards but nothing is good enough for this bank to accept. He decided to go back to direct deposit on his chase bank card. What is gonna happen to the funds they womt release? I have been paying for his lights and food and everything else. It's not right that a bank ROBS ppl of their money that they need to live

my account has been on hold since Jan 2021 I have done everything g asked and no one will help me

I also have had US Bank/Relia Card freeze my Relia Card for suspected ',Fraudulent activity'.
