I filed for a dispute for hometrown motors in Beaumont Texas
They took 2000 dollars out of my account for a broke down vehicle I called them and called them about that car so they picked the car up from my home and that was the Last time I’ve seen the car so I’ve been calling hometown motors and they keep telling me my money was suppose to go bank to my account and I still haven’t received these funds it’s been since July now almost months so I’ve been reaching out to the dispute departments they did dispute for it the rep told me that they would investigate they told me they would be sending me some paper work to come in the mail I still have yet to get these paper work from us bank reila card
They also told me that they would put the funds ban on my account after 90 days and I’m more then shore that way Ts been pass 90 day now evertime I call the bank they have been very rude hanging up in my face leaving me on hold then sending to the survey all I’m trying to do compensate my money and that’s It and they treat customers very poorly and that’s bad I get my unployment thew us bank reila I so pissed off for how I been treated I had to take the time out my busy day to seek other resources to be able to get my fund back in my account

Hi I'm in need of help my account with Us bank/reliacard has been locked for over a month I have sent in the documents they asked for I've called so many times and they would tell me it's no way they can get in touch with the offline team that I would just have to wait well 3 days ago I called and I asked to speak with a supervisor well the supervisor told me that the offline team wrote a note and said they tried to contact me on September 30 so she sent a email to them asking them to please call me again and gave them my number again it's been almost a week and I haven't gotten a call I really need the help I have four kids and four grandkids it's a struggle because I was payed off from my job and it's so stressful please I'm begging you to please help me get my card unlock .
