Last month, Google sent me an email saying it appeared as though I was due a refund for some google app payments made back in 2013 that I didnt authorize. The funds were withdrawn off my child support card. I was reissued a child support card with a new number when relaicard did updating to its site ect. When google tried to reissue I think 3.96, four 99cent payments, reliacard deactivated my current card. I have called SO many times, usually waiting on hold up to an hour....and then each call I am told the EXACT SAME THING! We cant see where the purchases were made because it was on an old card, we are sending this to our research department and someone will calll you within 72 hours! Never have gotten a single call back,this is going on a month today.And yes they have current address and phone number. Have called 6 separate times, today again, even spoke to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR, what a joke, still no resolution, and still they have MY chiild support money.....beyond frustated......all this happening thru XMAS and after....
