Activate equals immediate fraud case

Waited forever to get frontline worker card! Finally received immediately compromised! Account locked waited 10 days for new car! Activated card immediately compromised account locked again! Waiting again for access to my funds! What is going on! Please advise! Can’t access funds again waiting an additional 10 days for card! Please advise

Fraudulent transaction & ATM, Bank Error

I discovered a fraudulent charge on my US Bank debit card, I immediately called & reported the fraudulent activity. I also filed a PD report. A few days later I noticed money was deducted from my account! No explanation in my online bank account. I immediately called Relicard customer service. I spoke with several customer service rep's and managers. I was told US Bank made an error and the money was not deducted from my account despite the fact I have receipts. And the $300 was deducted from my debit card on the day of the ATM transaction. The ATM transaction occurred over 2 weeks ago. Relicard and US bank are now just processing this alleged "error"? I don't believe it! A banking error was created at their ATM. If there is a problem with the bank ATM-then a customer should not held liable I asked to file a dispute and a Relicard manager refused. The Relicard employees I spoke with rude and unprofessional. My account was hacked & now Relicard claims "bank error"? Shysters.

US Bank relia card

My card is locked pending identity verification. My name is Josette Carter and I have been without my pua benefits for 30 days I have faxed them all my information. Then they wanted my 2019 w-2. Didn't work last year and I don't have 1. Now they're saying they didn't get the fax. Then they said it's too dark. So I mailed it to them. They have$1400 of my unemployment benefits locked on that card and I'm on the verge of getting evicted and can't pay my bills or the basic cost of living. Who do I report them too

Hold on Card in exchange for my identity

us bank reliacard has frozen my account after having received benefits for 3 months. They are demanding I fax my identity in Via an insecure fax method.
Their website says they will never ask for this information.
They are holding $1300 of mine ransom. I cannot pay my rent. I cannot buy food for my family.
This is NOT their money to hold. I have filed complaints everywhere I know to.
It’s been 10 days and I have no idea how I am going to survive this. Can ANYONE please please help me?

customer service is nonexistent

Customer service 24 hour number for u.s. Bank ReliaCard is non-existent. I have been on hold for anywhere from 2 to 6 hours an 8 to 10 occasions for the last 3 weeks and have not been able to get through. The only thing I can suggest for people is to change the direct deposit from the ReliaCard to their own check card. If you do not have a check card go to Walmart and get a green. Making check card it has a regular routing number or regular account number and all state unemployment to deposit to this card.

customer service is nonexistent

I have tried for multiple weeks multiple times at all different times of day and been on hold for four to six hours either get cut off or no answer from usbankreliacard customer service. I've spoken to regular usbank customer service and they cannot help you I've also called the corporate office they cannot help you the only thing they told me was there trying to get more people on it my only suggestion for all you people that are on here is to go and switch your unemployment to another card. For people that don't have a bank account go to Green Dot banking. Com or Walmart and get a Green Dot banking check card versus regular bank account and unemployment does direct deposit to it

Horrible customer service

So ive spent the last 3 days on hold and trying desperately to get through to us bank reliacard after my debit card was suddenly being declined for no apparent reason at all. I have plenty of money on the card and i have not been able to get through to customer service or access my account online no matter what i do I have waited on hold for up to 2 hours at a time had probably 16 people pic k up the line and mute it right away and im assuming in order to seem as though they are working but are NOT! It's not hard to tell when theyre doing that as I used to do the same job at one time only I actually worked. When you are on hold there is music playing when someone takes you off of hold and places the call in mute there is no music and just silence just so you know that i am aware of that trick, I know this was going on for a fact also due to the fact one of the stellar CSR's that US Bank employs picked up the line and must have thought he put me on mute as i hear an entire 6 min personal conversation between he and another person screamed hello through the phone ten times or so before he says "oh shit" and hangs up. Thats awesome work! Ive spent up to 2 hours and 48 mins on hold before being disconnected still have no access to my money use of my card and no way of contacting a person to help this is a joke US bank is a huge corporation and this shotty work and these tremendous issues are unacceptable.

rude disrespectful supervisor

Called in due to me not receiving my bank statements after calling in over 4-5 times asked to speak to a supervisor was placed on hold for about 15 minutes then supervisor MARIANA ARANDA badge number 6773 got on the phone very rude from the start was cutting me off as I was trying to explain what is going on never let me get any words out without cutting me off told her she was being rude and not letting me speak she still continues to cut my words off told her I called in over and over different times but she still continues to cut me off saying I only called in one time she was just very very rude and disrespectful to be a supervisor there is never a time I should have to call in due to there mess up and get treated the way I did.

Have not received card

On 11/09/2016 i contacted Reliacatd about a questionable purchase from my account. The operator did not tell me thatvshe instantly cancelled my card. I was also calling for an address change so she really messed it up and I have still not received my card. Long story short, she wasn't polite or have an explanation. I started getting mad and she hung up on me. I had been on the phone for an hour! Later, i learned her name was Brooks. I called back and had to go through the whole story again with a new person, Precios.she said they had to now mail out a change of address form to me dince my card was now cancelled! When i received that, i can call, again, and request a new card. This did not make me happy but settled for knowing i could have my money again in two weeks. 7 business days and the letter never came. I called again. After an hour on hold, he said there was no record any mail going out from their end. He said he would mail one out. Still nothing. I called on thanksgiving, she ssid she would just change my address for me and to call back the next day to have a card sent out. I called. Still no card and its 12/03/2016! I need my child support money! The government needs to find a better and more reliable way for us to get our money. US Bank needs to do their end and help us out. I never wanted to have any account with them in the first place! We should be able to choose the bank we get our money from!
