I have done everything short of sending a stool sample to these people. They have over ten thousand dollars of my money, not there money not there loan it is my money from unemployment and after I send my ID 5 times my selfie 5 times fax and thru there website they go ahead and send a new card lol ok then another for no reason I wait get the card mind you a month has gone by. Now I get it go to the ATM get a few hundred dollars and bam off now they want my ID again so I send it 3 days ago and now there reviewing it still and still won't give me my damn money. There is nothing left for them to do I gave them all they wanted but still no money for me. Why the hell are they doing this to us all. I don't understand what they have any thing to do with it let us have our money you gotta be kidding right. How many people are suffering because of this place please someone do something I don't know where to turn I'm screwed somebody please help me

My funds

I have got 3 different cards now sent in my I.D. and selfie at least 5 times had to wait for a month and all of it is because U.S bank can't get there shit straight. It's my money unemployment paid me I have almost ten thousand dollars on that card and I'm sitting here broke because of them. I need to pay bills buy food etc... And every day it's something new I literally got a card on 4-2 and used it at the ATM on the very first try boom it locked haha this is a complete joke what is the problem with you people is it racial profiling maybe? I'm a black man in my 50s and it seems I've had problems with big banks before over my race I wonder if that's the reason.please help me someone

Wont send my card

New address change than relia card sent my card to wrong address after proving me with 2 wrong tracking numbers.Than sent to wrong address.I have been dealing with this ### for over a month now after calling and sending numerous fax prooving my idenity.ive had one customer service representative say all my info has been received and call back in 3 days and we will set up and send card out to ya than call and they say your address dosent match the address on your I.D im like duh I just moved to my new address.I have sent my new rental lease in numerous times.Im about to lose it i have over 3000.00 on a card they wont send to me..They messed up and sent in to the wrong address originally now I have to pay for their mistakes..I just had my unemployment released after they froze my account due to fraud and I had to send all my idenity proof to unemployment than I get my money released from unemployment..just to have reliacard hold my card hostage..Im about to lose my place and my bills are pilying up dont know how im gonna eat day to day..now this virius is getting worst and I dont want to leave to get new I.D and dont have the cash to get a new I.D because relia card wont send me my card.PLEASE HELP ME..if this isnt figured out soon I mean real soon I will file a lawsuit..Im done wasteing my time and what little money I have just to send relia card numerous fax prooving my identification.Im so stressed and angry.GIVE ME MY CARD

Froze account

They have lied, laughed at me when I was crying begging for help and then gave me 3 different fax numbers. It's been 45 plus days

My card is also locked!

They locked me out of my account with no warning! I went to pay my rent and my payment was declined! All because I tried to change my address online because I just moved into a new apartment. I thought I was doing the right thing by keeping my information up to date but it turns out I would have been better off just leaving it the way it was! Because now my rent is past you and me and my kids have no money and no food! What are we supposed to do? How can they get away with this? And why won't anyone help us? This cannot be legal for them to just lock your account and not even send you an e-mail or give you any type of warning or reference that they locked your account and that your funds have been frozen! What are we supposed to do?

Unethical

After receiving my card someone called my Reliacard and cancelled it so I had to get another one I set a password on account and I’ve called at least thirty times since then and have been asked for it maybe 5 times. They then deactivated my card with no warning on a Thursday I called immediately they said I needed to upload my drivers license front and back my W2 and it would take 4 hours to get reactivated I did tj is immediately I called 5 hours later and card was still deactivated I was told this offline group had to review my account which would take 24 hours so I called Friday still they had not reviewed it then Saturday I called and I was told I had to the upload my w2 because they couldn’t read the year so I uploaded it again then Sunday I trip loaded all my documents again including my SSC and called they said offline group hadn’t reviewed it should be done Monday I called Monday I was told it would take 24-48 hours from Sunday so it should be activated no later than Wednesday at 5 so I called Wednesday at 5 after a 2 hour hold I was told it will be activated no later than Friday at five and my case was escalated I called Friday I was told it could take 24-48 business hours which is 8 hours a day Monday thru Friday so 3-8 business day’s which 8x8 is 64 not 48 and I was escalated again the abosolute latest was supposed to be yesterday Monday o cd they said o had to go to this website www.verify.usbank.com/retail and upload my driver’s license again and a selfie and I tried the website doesn’t exist I tried about a hundred times I cd last night they hung up on me I cd three times since have been disconnected every time now I’m on hold trying to cancel it and get Monday sent back to unemployment and this lady is insane telling me she’s goin to see but keeps saying hold on let me see if they got your selfie which I told them a hundred times the website does not exist

MISSING FUNDS

Submitted fraud dispute approx 5 weeks ago. Was told I would be provided provisional credit w/in 10 days while Investigated! Here I sit, STILL...WITH $0 PROVISIONAL CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT.

No Card

I took unemployment for a few months in 2017. They issued me a realiacard and things worked fine. I got a new job in early 2018 and shredded the card. The expiration date on that card was April 2020. I was forced back onto unemployment in March 2020. We'll, they began loading back onto the same card that was due to expire in the month that I haven't possessed for two years. I thought "Hey no problem I'll just call this number and get a new one." I sit on hold for hours a day. Literally hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. It never happens. They are not answering phones. You get hung up on at 3hrs. Or at least I do. I thought hey, I'll go check 5he website, maybe I can report a lost card from there. Nope. No options whatsoever and then for some reason my credintials stopped working and now I'm locked out of the website and guess what number I'm suppose to call? Hey maybe I can go to the bank and withdrawal money. NOPE, you have to have a card to that. To withdrawal money from a bank teller I need a atm card. Maybe I can go to twitter and talk to someone who can help. NOPE, they told me to call the number. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY! I NEED MY DAMN CARD. Here I am unemployed, money in the bank that I cannot touch and no recourse. I NEED MY CARD! US BANK IS WORTHLESS. THEY'RE SYSTEM IS GARBAGE AND I WOULDN'T CALL 911 IF THEIR BANK WAS ON FIRE

Customer Service not picking up the phone

What is going on! I have been calling customer service for 3 week and no one is picking up the phone; I been on hold for hours at time, every day. I was using my card with no problem and then I tried to pay my bill this month (April) and know its being declined; locked out?????? I cant even take out my money. Please post any information that can help any of us going thru this ridicules situation. I need to feed my family...is there any other number I can call that will help me?

Crocked Bank

The State of Ohio has made 3 weekly payments to my US Bank Reliacard.Thing is, they have not sent me a card. I have 3 weeks pay on a card that I don't have. I cant access the money. I have called the unemployment office time and time again.Cant get hold of anyone. I have called US Bank time and time again.Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Have anyone tried reporting this bank to the US government fraud agency?

I have recently been laid OFF bcoz of the covid-19, so I was put on unemployment a month ago. Originally I tried to do direct deposit, so I called up unemployment and they told me It went on a card.. so I called up US BANK and waited for an hour and a half to talk to someone, they told me that unemployment had put my money on a card that was old and the card was expired, the representative told me they would send me out a new card and to destroy the old card, which I did.. they said it would take 5-7 business days , I said OK. So today is the 6th business day of waiting and still no card so I decided to call them back to check on the status of the card.. now I understand they are extremely busy, so I waited for 4hours on the phone to talk to someone and still no one and all I wanted to know was the status on where my new card is.. I tried so many times to talk to someone. I need that card to pay bills. The wait time was ridiculous.
