Customer Service lied to me

I received an email that said my ReliaCard was shipped out on September 16th and that I would receive it within 3 to 5 business days unless I ordered expedited shipping. When I talked to a customer service representative on August 19th he told me that they do not do expedited shipping and that I should receive my card with 5 to 7 business days. I waited and waited but no card came in the mail. After two weeks I called again and a customer service woman told me that they guy never even shipped my card out. The guy never even put in an order for a replacement card. I asked the woman again could I have expedited shipping with a tracking number so that I could be there when my card arrives again she told me that their company does not do that. I'm not understanding why both customer representatives lied to me about their shipping process and why one customer representative never shipped my card out after telling me that he did.

Extremely long wait times with no answer. It hangs up on you.

My card has been blocked for 3 weeks and I can't reach anyone at Customer service. I've been calling everyday for 3 weeks several times a day, and no one ever answers. And after being on hold for over 3.5 hours the line starts to ring as though you're about to be connected to someone then the damm thing hangs up. I've tried calling at different times of the day too and it's always the same. I have bills to pay and need food in my home. This is unacceptable!

Card declined with available funds

My child support that I depend on is loaded on my reliacard and I get declined when I try to use it. This is not the time to have these problems I have to include those funds in my income which reduces the help I can get elsewhere but have been repeatedly declined
