Fraud department

Turned my card off without sending me any notification that information was needed. All information verified when called and all were accurate including phone number, email, and mailing address with no notice that verification was needed further with ID and selfie. This left me with no money to get fuel in my car or food for upcoming shift at work. They refused to turn card back on stating it had to take 1-2 business days even though they shut it off without notice or approval in much less time

Stole my money

Is bank reliacard has stolen $8,000 from me. And refuses to give it back. Cs sucks they're not even American citizens. It's a whole diffrent country who's been given control of our money. Why tf is that?

US Bank is holding funds hostage

Got my unemployment back pay all deposited on the ReliaCard. What a mistake choosing this option! I should have got checks in the mail every week rather than deal with these crooks! They don’t want to give you your money. They make it extremely difficult to take anything out.
1. The card is not accepted everywhere. It has no chip and it is not supported on many websites.
2. CANNOT make an atm withdrawal.
3. Reps on phone will not provide a routing number or account. They claim it doesn’t exist. I called and got it 6 months ago but then lost it and tried to get it and now they gaslight me. They changed the policy so you cannot get this info now. To make it harder to get your money out.
4. Cannot set up any type of bank verification. You cannot use your credentials from their crappy website to access your money through Plaid for example.
So how can you even use this money?? Well Point of sale transactions is all they want because they get a cut from the merchant. So you can’t pay your rent, can’t transfer the money to another bank, can’t go in and get cash. Only thing you can do is buy gas and groceries.
I guess the idiots and the unemployment office didn’t negotiate anything reasonable for their clients (the unemployed) they just handed billions of dollars to this shitty 3rd class bank to then impose on us every restriction imaginable to hold on to OUR money and then charge us fees and make interest and percentages off of our purchases. What a total scam! We should be able to sue these criminals because we never agreed to this or signed anything. We were not told in writing what the conditions of this agreement were! Just another banking scam aided by your state unemployment office.

Bill pay check never received

I have a US Band reliacard from Colorado Unemployment and used their bill pay system to send a $2000.00 check on 12/24/2020. The check was never received and the money was debited from my card. This issue has yet to be resolved a month later.

Blocked account

My ReliaCard has been blocked. I have unemployment benefits deposited on this card and have no access to these funds. I’ve spoken to 4-5 different reps, sent in the documents they requested 3 times, and still have my account locked. No one can give me an answer as to why my account was locked in the first place? Or why it can’t be unlocked now. I’ve been hung up on, told they’d call me back (they never have), lied to and treated like crap by this inept, crooked company. Why doesn’t anyone have answers, I know I’m not the only one experiencing this, there are complaints all over the country for the exact same issue. What are we supposed to do?

Account Locked

Us bank claims my card was locked because I did a change of address. How dumb does that sound? And it took me a week to find that out. First lady told me they lock cards randomly for security purposes. The next lady told me that it was locked because someone tried to charge my card over and over and it seemed like suspicious activity. Today I called and got the reason of changing my address. There is still nothing on file showing I sent in id verification and a selfie, and I sent it over a week ago. This place is ridiculous and it cant be legal what they are doing. People need this money and its sad. Then, they claim it's because of the offline team.... But you cant speak with the offline team! That's because there isn't a offline time. Thats something they tell people to meditate the situation and place blame on someone else. I know because I worked in many call centers and your trained to say whatever it is to get them off the phone and not call back. If there was a offline team, we would be able to call or talk them. This place is fraud!!

Poor Customer Service

Reliacard needs to hire more people to handle the calls. It takes over an hour and then the automatic system hangs up.

UNRECEIVED PIN & CARD- CANT REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting for five weeks for my ReliaCard to come in the mail with my first two weeks plus $600 bonus for each week attached to it. There is no way to contact unemployment or US bank other than a phone number for reliacard. The connection is bad and I have been on the phone for hours and hours trying to get through to somebody to track my original card Or even to report it lost or stolen so I can have a replacement sent out original I never received. I cannot believe there’s not even an email or a text or any alternative to getting through to somebody on the phone which is impossible. I know that US Bank is a terrible thing and wished that I had set up direct deposit from the get go. I am very angry frustrated and disappointed That it is this hard to get my mind that I desperately need! Please email me at [email protected] ASAP!
