I have been dealing with ReliaCard since October 20th. They were fraudulent charges made on my account I disputed the charges ReliaCard gave you the provisionary credit then lock my card. That was October 20th now November 19th I was told it was nothing further they can tell me. I submitted identification like 10 times and still they weren't satisfied told me I need to call contact the State so I did stop with the state for different time and the state is told me they have nothing to do ReliaCard everything on their end is fine. Reading these complaints I'm seeing ReliaCard is playing with a lot of people's lives I'm a 41 year old single father of three with evicted out of my home now I'm sleeping on my 26 year old niece has couch all because ReliaCard wants to play with my finances

I've had numerous issues with us bank reliacard over the last 24 hours I dont even know where to begin my card has money on it was not having any problems until suddenly last night it was being declined for no apparaemt. reason an then again today same thing. So I cannot access my money or buy necessities at this point I call to solve the problem I get that virus has businesses not operating as they normally do they tell you itll be a long wait time to speak to customer service and suggest handling issues online which also I am not able to access at all non record of my card or account so I decide to wait 16 times I was just hung up on after2 mins of hold time dead air meaning someone is picking up and listening or hanging up on you one rep even attempted to just hang up on me disnt do so successfully totally unaware of me being on hold thinking he had the mute button on he proceeded to have a 4 minute conversation with a person where ever he was at while I sat listening and shouting hello! 16 tries later I make it to an actual hold with hold music messages saying they were busy but will be with me soon 1 hour 43 mins later still on hold from one phone and 26 mins into hold on another phone I'm so extremely frustrated cannot access my account online cannot get through by phone and my card is basically cut off mo access to my money this is the worst experience of my life...
