My us bank ReliaCard is not working

My us bank ReliaCard is not working at any atm or store. I need money, and my card is UNKNOWN.
I tried calling the number on the back of my card 855-233-8372, daily for 3 weeks now. The longest I have been placed on hold is 3 1/2 hours. I do this 3-4 times daily. Also try 855-282-6161, with no success.

I do not know what else to do, please help.
