Back in August I started allied health services again reinstated I requested to get reimbursement mileage paid for my medical health appointments I had done this a year prior but never received it every time I have attempted to try and attempt to get this mild reimbursement that my insurance tells me I am qualified for I have never received it not once to this day have I received one $1 from any of these cards I have been waiting since August for a replacement card since I threw the other one away since I had never even received any funds on it after all the calls and all the work in footwork I did it got so frustrating I gave up and threw it away back in 2021 this time I attempted back in August of 2022 to try again I have been unsuccessful to the point where every day I check my mail to the point where I've had problems with UPS now sitting here missing my appointments and my appointments are met so they are medicated assisted treatment I get severely sick when I do not attend which I have not been able to a lot of the times which is causing me health problems which is causing me problems in my life because I'm not able to get the assistance that I rightly and able to get I have called five times and talk to different supervisors and then they went back and looked on the phone calls and saw that yes I did talk to them it was recorded and nobody for different people did not set up my rides nor did they attempt to fix any of the problems after I sat on the phone for almost an hour and a half sitting up all of my ride verifications times addresses everything multiple times have I have done this now I am constantly on the phone with ride reimbursement through the ride connection then the relay card then the US Bank so far still I have paid for it to be shipped overnight the money has been taken out and yet I still have not received my card it is frustrating it is overwhelming and it's to the point where now I owe so much money to my utilities because I've had to take my utility funds to make it to my treatment thinking I'm going to be reimbursed soon and I have not I'm so overwhelmed and frustrated this is not okay I don't understand how all these other people are receiving this and yeah I keep being told oh it's coming it's coming it was there on December 9th no it wasn't UPS said I have a statement stating that somebody named Donnie signed for it and it was returned to sender because they didn't have my actual apartment number this is just getting overly ridiculous I want it fixed and I have had enough I mean this is a government program this is State funding this is my medical insurance I am approved for I do not understand I have lost out on months because of their mess ups so because they their people did not put it in correctly I never did get reimbursed for the beginning months and I still trying to get reimbursed going back months mind you last year I went through the same thing and never received a dollar so if somebody could please help me and do their job and reimburse me for what I have paid.
