US Bank reliacard complaint

This complaint is sent in order to address an unacceptable disposition in which an aggregate of $5,800.17 has been removed from my account without my approval.

I have reported the unauthorized five transactions in a timely manner of Oct. 2020, and have been trying in good faith to address this problem for almost one year with US bank customer service telephone talks of ~30 times. I have been told that the matter has been “closed” on Nov. 2020. US bank sent me a resolution letter on Apr. 2021 which mention a few words of “no error occurred” only. On Mar. 30th, I sent US bank report and list five unauthorized Merchants for reopening investigation and then called US bank over ~10 times. US bank sent me completed same letter with first one: “no error occurred”. The resolution letter should mention: how US bank investigate the unauthorized merchant, what is merchant response/answer. I believe US bank did not do any investigation, just closed my disputation, say, “no error occurred” simply. This disposition is unacceptable, each of the five (5) disputed transactions were unauthorized.
