Started receiving a Sports Illustrated for Kids about 3 weeks ago. Never ordered this, never authorized this, yet sports illustrated noted it was ordered through National Publisher's Exchange. A call to there 888 number noted this subscription was ordered through US Periodicals. They are located in California and only available from 12-6pm EDT. Working to insure the kid who should be getting this subscription and likely paid for it, is actually getting it, and not this old man writing this note....
