Never received and paid in full on 8-25-2020 for 1 year. Check was cashed on 8-28-2020 but no magazine received. Jerry Merriman

8-25-2020 set check #1147 for $101.00 for 52 issues. Check cashed by them 8-27-2020 but have never received any magazines and it has been two months. I am writing this not as a complaint but as a very satisfied customer. I thought my mother had been scammed with a subscription and she is 93 years old. I got the information from my mother and called the BBB regarding my mother's complaint. I have already received a call from US Periodicals. They confirmed that my mother had sent the four checks and that there had been a issue with the address. I spoke with Mike and he totally apologized for the error and is going to make sure the information was changed in the system and also is giving my mother an additional 6 months of the subscription.

This is certainly not a scam company that deals with problems in this manner. He also gave me his direct phone number is I had any other problems with this renewal. Thank you so very much Mike. You made my mother's day.

My mother received info to renew a subscription. She was billed monthly $27.00 and she sent 4 checks totaling $108.00. She did not realize that it was a scam until she got a call from the legitimate company saying that her subscription was running out. She went to the bank and got copies of the four checks that had been cashed. She is now out $108.00.

This company needs to repay all the scammed people that they took advantage of. My mother is 93 and company should be shut down .
