Repeated calls/vulgar language

We have repeatedly asked this company to quit calling us. Yesterday the man became very vulgar...saying "f*** you" over and over again to me and then to my husband..'.I F*** your wife". Really? And nothing can be done? This is just too much. How can our government not step in and do something about them?
