These assholes keep calling me everyday!
Someone thought it would be funny to give my information to these assholes and now they call me 2x a day!
I keep asking them to quit calling me and to put me on the DNC but they hang up on or curse me out. Well I decided to start calling back, just use *67 and the number.
I'm having fun with them and pissing them off.

This is what I do: Tell them you want to order 300 Viagra. Tell them you need to run to your car and get your credit card. Put your phone on speaker and just go back to what you were doing and listen to the person trying to get you back on the phone. Before he hangs up, tell him your back, but someone is at the door and you'll be right back, then go back to what you were doing and listen to him trying to say hello, hello, hello. He doesn't want to hang up because it's a big order. Then when you go back on, ask him where he lives, what's the weather like there..... and keep him on the phone as long as possible. Waste as much of his time as you can, it's a game. At the end you tell him how much time you wasted of his and have a nice day and will talk to you again tomorrow. It's slowed down the number of calls I've been getting. Have fun.

They call me at least 4 times a week I have asked them not to and still rheu call . I tried blocking bit they call on different numbers!! I tried threatening with cops and the person told me to shut up..this is harassment!!!

I sympathize with everyone. These guys have no morals much less a DO NOT CALL LIST! They dial constantly and from different numbers so you can not block their calls. At first I asked to be placed on their DNC call list and it got worse. I wish there was something that could be done. They are truly one of the sleaziest of organizations. The only one that is worse is Canadian Pharmacy. They should call each other so that BS stays in the family. I do not understand how the US & state government allow them to persist.

Simply unbelievable. 5yrs and 1000+ unwanted US OnLine Pharmacy calls later, there remains nothing to do to end them.

I went on line to Canadian Pharmacy 15 (yes fifteen) years ago to look for Nexium. Canadian Pharmacy sold my telephone number to the jerks at U.S. Pharmacy and the nightmare begun. Between the two Pharmacies I have received thousands and thousands of calls over the past 15 years. I just hung up with U.S. Pharmacy 3 minutes ago, and that was the third call today alone. And don't even think about being rude to them as that will just assure that (oh wait I just got another call right now. that's four today) you will be harassed all day. The number that they have is my cell phone and I run a 24-7 towing company and have to take calls from clients all over the country. The number they are calling from today is 850-454-1783 in Pensacola Fl. Do I expect this email is going to help in any way? HELL NO !!! But perhaps someone somewhere will read it and along with all the others will say enough is enough.

They have been some of us for up to four years, and most of us have never done business with them. Even if I tell them that they have been calling my company for four years, and that the boss will not allow us to communicate with them, they will still give their pitch: 'how is your medication (usually Ciallis) working for you. My phone is actually a residential call, and I am just using that excuse.
They call using spoofed numbers - too many to block. Sometimes no phone number will show on caller ID - it just shows 'Out of Area'.

As with most companies that call themselves names such as U.S. Pharmacy, American financing, or U.S. anything, you can be sure that the call is actually calling from India. And India and the U.S. do not cooperate on such matters.

Call them back.... about 100 times. Sometimes voice mail, sometimes they answer. Be sure to let them know what you think about their marketing plan.

I too receive these incessant and vulgar calls form US and Canadian Pharmacy in Australia.

My suggestion is that all victims of this bullying behavior flood the Politicians with their own standard letter 1 for every call they receive. The letter should demand that all communications via phone be banned by the government until such time as the Indian government hunts down and shoots each and every one of these marketers. or alternatively closes down the boiler houses they work in. [probably more acceptable].

If each country experiencing this harassment cuts off telecommunications with India the problem will be solved in 24 hours.

We know the company involved VEHealth, We know their address and the point of origin. The Telecommunications companies in our countries can under government direction simply intercept all calls entering the US from India and the ISP's can identify those being routed through the Internet.

like everyone here, i have been repeatedly bothered by these lowlifes. i argued with them and they seem to enjoy it. so, i thought hard and decided to take a proactive stance. when they call me, i call them at 888-860-6650 and tell whoever answers that i am joseph from us pharmacy and would you like to buy medication. they will always say that they are calling from us pharmacy and don't know what i am doing at first. i repeat that i am from us pharmacy.. eventually they understand my spiel aqnd will hang up. i call them right back and we start over. i do 5 or 6 times until they put me on their harassment list and i get recorded messages when i call. them. the good news is that i don't get any more phone calls from them or at least until the nert day when their system apparently recycles.

1. This company uses auto dialers - ie a computer places the call and then if you answer, the call gets put through to a waiting operative. That's why there is a short delay and a click before somebody speaks at their end, and is also why occasionally it hangs up after a few seconds (no operatives available).

2. The caller ID number they use is mostly random. Occasionally the area code matches your own to make it more like a "local" call. This is technically legal - for example, a big company with lots of internal phones can nominate the switchboard phone number for caller ID rather than an employee's direct line. Legal but abused.

3. The Do Not Call registry is ineffective. Not only is it ineffective for US companies, it's completely useless for foreign companies - and this "US" Pharmacy is actually based in somewhere like India.

4. Class action lawsuits, or suing them, or whatever. Good luck with that. First you need to get them to come from India (?) to the US to appear. Then you need to prove that US/state law applies to that foreign company. Then what would you actually sue them for? I doubt they have much money. And if they flout any laws in the future - is your local constabulary going to go to India (>) and arrest them?!

Probably they are using something like Skype or Viber for low cost international calls, and then using the local telephone company to connect to you. You might be better off provoking the facilitators into blocking their access. Good luck trying to trace the call that way!

this company keep calling me at everyone, up to 20 times per day from different area code numbers, I get this number on June, so it looks like the old owner of this number was a customer, I explained several times the get a wrong number, asking for the wrong person, they promise me always they will delete my number, but....,,next day the same and the same after next day.

I get 1 to 2 vslls each and every day from a different state all from US Pharmacy

Several calls daily from multiple phone numbers. I have asked many time for them to stop and they keep harassing me. I have also blocked number but then they use a different one from all over the country.

these people call me no stop and have even told my husband that I had a standing order for Viagra that he sells me for my boyfriend. of course this is a lie but since they can't get their business done, the resort to more lies. they don't care if they cause a marriage to fall apart or get someone beaten because of their lies and harassment. I have been victimized by this behavior and would love to have them dragged through the courts. so if big brother can listen to our American phone calls and show up at our doors, why can't they do that to these scammers?

I am sick of the phone calls from USA Pharmacy.. I ask repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and they argue.. Giving fake names off of a script from foreign countries. I HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM TO NOT CALL AND THEY JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR THICK SKULLS THAT I DON'T WANT THEM, DONT NEED THEM AND BASICALLY TO JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.. I am really considering legal action at this point.. But of course you can't contact them back as their phone lines are clones..

I average 5-6 calls a day from the on-line pharmacies (US Pharmacy, Canadian Pharmacy, etc).
Some days I get as many as 12, the highest (since I started keeping tract) is 15 calls in one day.
Some times it gets so bad that I turn my cell phone off.
Other days, because I am expecting a call, I have to leave it on and put up with all the calls.
When I get a call, I ask to speak to a supervisor, but they just hang up.
I am seriously considering changing my phone number.
When I get a call, I add the number to my contact list and list it as bad.
At last count I have 37 numbers in my contact list that I listed as bad.
I wish that they would come up with an app that would check the calling number against my "bad" list and not even ring if it is on it.
One time when I received a call, I blasted a loud noise into the receiver because I was mad. I since regretted it because some poor slob now has hearing lose for just trying to do his job.

These folks call me non-stop. I call the phone company and they said all they could do is give me a new cell phone number. This company spoofs their ANI (Phone Number) so you don't know who is calling until they start talking. I used my iPhone to block each number they use to call me but they keep changing it.

UN believable I tried being nice and ask please don't call. I tried being mean, I tried answering the phone FBI they just laughed at that one! I'm at whits end I receive at least 5 calls daily there number keeps changing but its the same people.
How can we Sue them for harassment?

I too have been called by these people multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times in a day and always from a new phone number, this has been going on for over two years. I took one a suggestion from someone else on this site and started calling them back on the 888-860-6650 number and asked them different questions every time I called: are you tired of me calling yet, are you enjoying my repeatedly calling you, having fun now, isn't it "great" to be bothered over and over, are you going to remove me now from your list, are you having a nice day...its me again....I will keep calling until you remove me from your list, its me again I will keep calling you multiple times a day until you stop calling me, every time you call me ...I will return the favor over and over the same day.....etc..etc..... This is the most fun I have had in a long time....ha ha ha....they didn't like it very well and began to just hang up on me!!! If enough people would pull together and do this to them every day maybe they will stop
