They hold your support payments in their incompetence. I asked several times for my child support bro go through my bank but they refuse so they can eff with you for your payment. They are incompetent POS. THEY DONT NOTICE YOUR ADDRESS CHANGE AND ITS YOUR FAULT! EVEN TOUGH YOU GET ALL TOUR STATE INFO TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS, they don't notice and you get your new card from a address a decade ago. Then they don't tell you to call back 5 days after your address change to tell them to send the card they should of. It's your responsibility to call them 5 days after the address change to call back and tell them you need a card after freaking out that they sent your card to a address that doesn't exist, but the inept girl didn't tell you that. She said 5 days for a address change, then 7 to 10 days for a mailing but didn't tell you, you have to call after 5 days for a mailing. When your calling cause they sent your card to the wrong address. This piece of shit company needs to go! You disgusting individuals are keeping bills paid from the children you claim to protect.
