Account frozen

A family member account frozen for no reason. It took 6 days to get through on the phone to US Relia Bank. Then was told to submit government issued ID. Told it will take 5 business days.
A couple days later a friend's card was frozen she is still trying to get through on phone line.
Given a choice recording telling you there's a high call volume then they disconnect the call.
It is not the banks money, the government is forcing people to choose this card or a paper check. There is no reason why citizens cannot use their own back account for deposit.
I'm filling complaints with the attorney general, calling news and better business bureau. They should be shut down for this unprofessional practice.
