The USRelia bank ask me to fax my w-2form,Texas I’d and my social security card and I fax it more then 7 times , my personal bank even fax them my information as well and they still don’t want to unblock my account.they just give me the run around and every time I call they take more then 1hr to pick up my call and once they pick up my call they don’t even let me explain my self they just tell me that they had told me to fax my information over to them and like I said I fax it more then 7 times. I’m a single mom with 5 kids to on diapers I still haven’t gfind a job and they still have my account blocked. My rent , bills are pass due all ready but it seems that they don’t care .. if someone could just help me with this matter I will appreciate it.I don’t understand why they are asking for that information again if they are sending me bank statements, and some Dispute letters to me. I just don’t get it I’m starting to feel like if this is cause of my race cause I’m Hispanic or what is it...like a week a go they told me that I just needed to fax them my I’d and social again
