US Reliacard deactivated
It has been almost since the US bank decided to inactivated my card without notifying me and for what reason, I will never know. As soon as I knew that my card has been inactivated, I was told to fax some of my documents which I did the day I got to know about my card inactivation. I have been calling every single only to hear that no update has been made. I called on Thursday and after hours of waiting, the specialist I talked to told me that the fax I sent has been received and she has sent the information and it will take about 48 hours for the card to be activated. I was happy and thought that this freaking issue would finally be solved. I went to atm and tried to withdraw money but it didn’t work. Tf! I called again, and was told that I will have to wait 10-16 days for them to review the fax. How in the world does it take that many days to review something. I have bills to pay and to feed my family. First, they deactivated my card without my consent and even after calling every single, nobody has been helpful, they freaking don’t know their work. I’m so pissed
I need this issue to be solved asap because there is money on my card and I cannot even use it like tf

Card deactivated

Locked card
Ok
My reliacard card was locked supposedly thru the fraud department. I was never notified that this was done. I found out the day at the grocery store I was declined. I called while in line and was on hold, having a line of irritated customers behind me
I was able to pay another way and stayed on hold for an hour until I was able to talk to someone.
I was told that acct was locked and I needed to send proof of identity. I did immediately and Haden’s heard a word for almost 2 weeks. I called again, on hold for over an hour when I was put thru I was told nothing can be done until the fraud department contacts me. I asked to be put they to the fraud department and was told they have no direct line and I would have to wait for them to contact me. Totally upset and aggravated now I asked to speak to a supervisor, put on hold ( another 20 min)
When picked up I was asked what # I sent my info to, told the man and I got a chuckle response/ that’s the wrong number
OMG now I’m furious because the first time I called about the locked acct, they gave me the number !!!!!!
I resent my info again !!! Still days with no response
I tried calling today and the msg I got was due to the high volume of calls please call back.
Once again I am furious, this is my money, not their s
They locked my card and I can’t do a thing to expedite their mistake (s).
So I went on line to check if I could find anything on the fraud dept and I found a new link, Reliacard locked // unlock it now
No way !! No way !!
If this does work why in the hell was I run around for now over three weeks !!!
I want an answer to why // WHY ????
I would like to know who in my state made the decision to utilize this company to handle my funds. I would love to talk to them !!!

This is a horrible horrible experience I’ve had to deal with
I have been in touch with my local govt office, state office etc
Not a thing done, just given the number to US R card that you can’t get thru on

Customer service
I paid for package to be shipped expressed. This company couldn't provide me with tracking information. I was provided different information from different employee's about the same issue. Supervisor refused to provide me any information about the delivery service used to deliver items from this company. Customer service overall lacks the skills and professional ability to help customers out with any issues that occur. Several days I tried to obtain tracking information on my package and I still have yet to receive any information about the delivery.
