I was charged for 3 different magazines which I did not authorize and when I try to get the charges reversed I was only given a partial credit on one for $15.00, the 2nd one for $34.00 was credited but the 3rd charge for $52.00 was not credited and there's no option on the automated service to ask for my credit to my bank account, even though it says I cancelled all 3 magazines on 11-19-15. On that day the automated service said I would be given a credit for all 3 magazines, in full. So I still need $53.50 credited back to my account. I do not appreciate the hassle or the unauthorized activity on my personal bank account. That is illegal and I expect my full refund or further action will be taken.
