I recently got a letter from them, saying at the top USA SCHOLARSHIP Scholarship Program for Engineering Students. When I first saw it, I was excited because all my hard work had pay off. But what really made me questioned about the letter was the 29.00 processing fee. I was like what you don't have to pay for information about scholarships, you could that yourself. So, I searched usa scholarship and the first thing I saw was SCAMMERS!!! Everyone, who's at risk of being scammed by this, please think twice before sending any of your information, and search them up through google. You'll be glad you did.

My son just received the same letter, no mayor specified. They are asking now $29. I just googled it and they have now a web site which only have the same information in the letter. I didn't even think on sending any money, people who is offering you money is asking for money?? so suspicious!!

I got the same letter a few days ago! It's still circulating, even in 2012. This is very bad; I hope these people get caught soon! I, too, had gut feeling that this cannot be true, and something felt fishy so I looked it up. They now have the website for it as well, and it looks so legit. But please don't get fooled by these people! Go to your counselor for scholarship info!
