USAA cancelled my credit cards and falsely reported to the Credit Bureau's that I filed my USAA Visa off under bankruptcy. I am not in Bankruptcy and my USAA Visa had a balance of about $500.00. I have always paid my bills on or before the due date and regarding a Visa Credit card most if not all of the balance due monthly.

Some moron idiot by the name of Roxy or something like that from USAA's credit card department insisted I filed bankruptcy and included this highly overrated insurance company. I demanded the idiot to provide a 'proof of claim' which she did not even know what that is let alone be able to provide it. Can't be provided since I never filed USAA Visa off in any bankruptcy. The clown show needs to be investigated by the DOJ and SHUT DOWN. My Credit (FICO) score (which was almost 800 ) took a nosedive because USAA falsely reported me as filing for bankruptcy and including the USAA VISA. My advice! Stay clear of this outfit or spend your time and money proving them incompetent. As for Experian and the other credit bureaus they are in bed with companies that provide false reporting because they also will not investigate properly.

A VERY SIMPLE FRAUD CASE OF 191.95, TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, UNAUTHORIZED , I AM NOT RELATED TO THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCT. HOWEVER USAA WANTS ME TO PAY FOR IT.USAA TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR THIS PERSON'S SAFE AUTO INSURANCE.

I have been with USAA for the past 15 years, the first time I had a fraud case. they never resolved it.

USAA sold me mortgage to US Bank. I applied for a loan with USAA and next thing I know, USAA will not provide services. US Bank has an unfriendly website and bad customer service.

Do not use USAA for a mortgage.

before they transfer me to other banks, Can i say no i dont want any other bank? or can i pick the bank i prefer?
